Jesus oversees the integration of sales, operations, finance, and marketing at Gonzalez Roofing. Using the EOS framework, he helps the leadership team establish clear goals, strengthen accountability, and continuously improve the customer experience. His focus is building organized systems that allow the company to grow while protecting the Gonzalez reputation and delivering dependable results for every homeowner.
